Bid Manager on Capgemini's part in SKAT's "Et Fælles Inddrivelsessystem - EFI" ("Common debt recovery system"). The scope was booking of resources (debt agents, bailiffs) based on a very forward-looking view of resource planning. KMD was lead.

My contribution

• Analyse specification of requirements (1,000+ pages)
• Design solutions together with technical specialists and domain experts
• Describe an visualise our solution according to the leading partner's standards
• Analysis of estimates, risk assessments
• Establishing a detailed project plan including roles, responsibilities and and people
• Calculation of cost, take part in negotiations of back-to-back agreements with KMD
• Establish and deliver a final, compliant bid

A 50+ mill. DKK bid Capgemini and KMD won.
