My contribution

  • Scope, push and structure a project aiming to automate order handling which needed a restart, together with business sponsors and IT department, and lead it to completion. Scope was telenor.dk, mobil2kr.dk, selvhenter.dk (85 percent of all online sales), and customer support
  • Identification of requirements and constraints together with product managers through workshop facilitation
  • Refine business case and align architecture to updated ambitions together with architects (Tridion, BEA WebLogic, provisioning systems)
  • Introduce new payment gateway, update product pages, improve price integration, add new baskets functionality
  • Establish a set of new products for buying devices via subscriptions
  • Report to program manager, establish risk assessments, manage external resources, maintain budget and control functions
  • Ensure environments for development and test operations
  • Test planning and execution, development of test cases
  • Manage GoLive deployments; facilitate hand-over activities and subsequent optimizations
