My contribution

• Re-establish a team that had been without unified leadership for a long time
• Develop strategy -> Retail industry, EPiServer
• Presale and account management together with sales executives
• Resource planning, test management, project management on select deliveries
• Introduce and maintain policies, tools, and processes to increase quality of estimates and in deliveries
• Reporting and billing
