- Established a subscription-based SaaS business and an organisation with amazing people
- Architecture of a platform enabling customers to improve operational efficiency through a variety of innovative tools and algorithms. 1+ mill. products
- Sales, marketing, contracts, and stakeholder management (wholesalers and partners)
- Brought in both small and large complex customers with 500+ employees
- Signed our first major, international customer (Finland)
- Learned a ton about myself, leadership, business development, the building industry, and technology
