Nordea Invest

Manage the development and leading the design of several web and desktop applications for balancing portfolios, trading securities and enhance productivity. The projects are combined here because the technology, responsibilities and organisation were largely the same.

One of them, NIT, was presented by Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer in Glassalen (Tivoli) as one of the first major, business critical systems in Scandinavia built using .NET (managing in excess of 70bn DKK).

My contribution

• Establish requirements and design creative solutions in close co-operation with the client
• Provide a highly skilled team with both business and technical expertise, resource planning
• Test planning and deployment
• Responsibility for development, maintenance, support and documentation of the applications
• Account management, including negotiation of legal and financial terms
