My contribution

• Build Teams - Employees from Denmark, Ukraine and China; Processes, policies and tools
• Solutions Architecture - 1+ mill. products; multiple price models; optimization algorithms; web and mobile frontends; search engine; APIs; approval workflow; multiple baskets; user configuration; and more
• Establish CI/CD - Agile development setup; scrum; sprints; functional, integration, performance, and regression tests (some automated); deployment procedure
• Build Organization - Mission, strategy, finance, office
• Business Development - Sales, marketing, negotiating contracts, stakeholder management (vendors and partners)
• Customer Engagement - Onboarding; customer support; training; ticketing system; newsletters
• Internationalisation - Nordic region; multilanguage support; first major contract in 2020
• All financial and operational metrics improved every year 2015-2020

As part of a transition I focused on management of developers and customer support, maintaining the platform and key accounts from 2021 onwards.
